Welcome to Embrace Golf Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products & Selling Model

• We sell golf equipment, including new and used products.
• We may buy second-hand gear through an agreed price. No refunds, returns, or change of mind apply to second-hand items.
• Products may be held in stock or dropshipped from suppliers.
• There are no restrictions on age or shipping location for standard purchases.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD and current at the time of purchase.
• Accepted payment methods include standard online payment options. Afterpay and similar services may be added later.
• GST is not currently applied to prices.

4. Orders & Shipping

• Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation, subject to product availability.
• If a product is out-of-stock or delayed, we will contact you. If you choose not to wait, you will receive a full reimbursement within 48 hours.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Compliant with manufacturer instructions
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a warranty claim.
• Refunds are full if conditions are met.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Second-hand purchases are final sale with no returns or refunds.

6. Warranty & Liability

• All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or modifications.
• Pre-owned items are sold “as is” and carry no warranty, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
• We are not liable for damages or losses beyond the cost of the purchased product.
• Manufacturer warranties remain valid; customers should check manufacturer terms for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Embrace Golf Australia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, loss of profits, or issues caused by misuse or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions.
