Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your gear. This policy explains how returns, refunds and warranty claims work at Embrace Golf Australia.

1. Change of Mind Returns (New Products)

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging with all tags/manuals included.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (tracked service recommended).
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

2. Pre-Owned / Second-Hand Items

Final Sale: Pre-owned items are sold as is and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Pre-owned items remain covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) if a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described.

3. Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We’ll assess and provide a solution: repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.
  • For approved cases, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

4. Warranty Claims

  • All new products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or improper maintenance.
  • Pre-owned items have no additional warranty beyond ACL rights.
  • To lodge a claim, email us with proof of purchase, photos/video and a description of the issue. We may inspect or request return for assessment.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email embracegolfau@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and any photos.
  2. Wait for our return authorisation and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
  3. Package items securely. We recommend a tracked and insured shipping method; we’re not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once your return is received, inspected and approved.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • We cannot refund to a different card, account, or in cash for online purchases.

7. Exclusions

  • Items not in original condition, missing parts, or showing signs of use.
  • Consumables opened/used (e.g., ball sleeves, tees) unless faulty.
  • Gift cards and downloadable/virtual items.
  • Any item returned after the applicable return window.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
  • Approved faulty/incorrect items: we cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
